Abstract
For the estimation of the importance of high school activity indicators, determining its place rating, it is
offered to use correlation-regression analysis methods. On the basis of all-Russian rating it is offered to divide
indicators of activity and high school environment taking into account the value of correlation factor into
three groups - strong, average and the least significant, that allows to define the priorities in organization of
higher school system of monitoring and acceptance of administrative decisions

The comparative analysis of Russian and German higher education statistics in multi-level degree
qualification system implementation and its transparency for the key stakeholders is worked out in the article.
The authors reveals the main problems of Russian official higher education statistics and the differencies
between their transparency. The proposals for the higher education transparencys improvement both federal
and institutional levels are offered.

Abstract
The article studies conceptual and applied aspects of information support management of a Higher
Educational Institution in terms of processes. The process-and-module approach to organizing informationand-
analytical environment has been presented and justified from the point of view of managing knowledge

Abstract
The aticle presents data of motivational sphere research of students in the Ural Federal University
named after first Presidnt of Russia B. N. Eltsin. Personal type (TP) and character type (TC) have been
singled out in structure of the person. It was necessary to show behavior convergence of people with identical
TP, TC and TP + TC in identical reality situations for a solvency proof of hypothesis TP + TC. For this
purpose the 11 motives of behavior have been chosen and the test from 47 questions has been created. These
questions describing the most widespread reality situations in which these motives were opposed each other.
People with identical TP + TC gave identical answers in 81 %. This result higher than results given by people
with defined TP and TC separately
