Abstract
In the article necessity and regularity of cooperation between universities within the framework of
"northern dimension" is proved. The process of internationalization of higher education in the aspect of

Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of agroklass operating in the Belgorod region. Management recommendations
are given for the modernization of agricultural education in the region, development of social partnership. We
consider the socio-economic conditions for inclusion in agroklassov industry (agricultural) education cluster.
The authors propose to introduce a cluster model of education management, which aims at improving the
innovation activity of individual educational institutions. There is speculation that agricultural education
cluster will help to overcome the closure of educational institutions, agricultural enterprises on domestic
issues, inertness in matters of economic competition and staffing of production
are given for the modernization of agricultural education in the region, development of social partnership. We
