Conceptually a complex of matrix-analytical procedures for benchmarking of the university-industrial
relationships in any territorial formation is elaborated and an idea of the creation comparative-search optimum

Abstract
The increase of quality of students? preparation needs a renovation of technologies in the work of
professors. I suggest the method for the students? development which is concluded in the transfer from
student?s filling by knowledge to the directional competence?s increase. It can be reached by the motive of
cerebral activity?s intensification and the system of control of its effectiveness. This method is noted for its
possibility to reduce the teaching course to the category of «market product of higher demand». Also it gives
a possibility to increase the business potential of future engineer essentially in a short space of time and to
form an interest for further independent development of personal qualification. I?ve shown the production of
work over students? development by such a method. There is an appeal for professors to the working up of
their own interesting technologies for realization of such a method.

Abstract
The article views the model of research competences required for research work. On the basis of competence
and activity aproach authors make a differentiation between general (instrumental, interpersonal, personal)
and professional (general professional and special) competences of a specialist's individuality.The given
competences is being analysed throutout the pre-university, undergraduate and graduate levels of educational
system. The model of research competences is regarded as a basis for establishing a quality management
system in research activity conducted at a university complex.

As the basis of the estimates of the efficiency of the process of the scientific research and the research
developments of higher educational institutions it is proposed to assume the principles of retracing the vital
cycle of the innovation from scientific research and the research developments up to introduction and its
subsequent diffusion with the estimate of economic efficiency done stage by stage, the system diagnostics of
the signs of the innovation process in the branch generated by scientific research and the research developments
of a higher educational institution and the estimate of the efficiency of their influence taking into account the
objective lag between innovation and its introduction, taking into account possible consequences of innovation
for its participants the estimate of all kinds of the economic efficiency of innovative designs generated by the
corresponding scientific research and research developments of a higher educational institution.

Abstract
One of actual problems of high school management today is development and use of strict quantitative
criteria for an estimation of activity of scientific and pedagogical workers and scientifically-educational
structural divisions, high schools and scientific institutes as a whole. As a rule, in these purposes various
ratings which essential lacks are subjectivity in purpose of weights of parameters and absence of data on an
accessory of objects to set Pareto are used. More objective method of a comparative estimation (rating) of
scientifically-educational activity of workers and structural divisions which can be used in an expert, in
particular, managements of the personnel and structural divisions of high school is developed and approved.

Abstract
Joint degree programmes, that recently have become a significant phenomenon of universities performance
in many countries, undoubtedly enriched Higher Education System in Russia. The article proposes a typology
of joint degree programmes (JDP) as well as the analysis of their application in managerial problem solving.
This analysis ensures better understanding of certain structure change processes that are underway in higher
education institutions. As an instrument of university programme integration, JDP is likely to be not only an
essential addition to institutional change processes but in many cases, their alternative.
