the scientific staff's education quality. The presented criterion model of the scientific staff's postgraduate
education includes complex criteria and indicators of quality of components of scientifically-educational
process, resource maintenance and results of postgraduate students education. The offered complex system of
an estimation of postgraduate preparations quality can be used for carrying out of a self-estimation and the
comparative analysis of efficiency of activity of postgraduate studies.
