In this article the main goals and objectives of the state educational politics of the Russian Federation, which are represented in the federal programs of the development of education, and results of this federal programs in context of the main goals and objectives of the state educational politics of the Russian Federation are studied and analyzed.

The article is devoted to the relationship between the strategic objective and its performance indicators formalization. The complexity of strategic decision-making support models application determines the relevance of the issue raised. The method for the solution of the problem given in the article has several advantages over methods suggested before. The method is illustrated with example.

The issues of the design the university rankings, measures systems and efficiency indicators are considered. The correlations between various ranking measures are analyzed. The interconnection between university sizes and efficiency measures is discussed. Attention is drawn to the complex correlation between quantitative measures and university targets.

The article offers a new form of corporate university based upon the strategic partnership of Ural Mining&Metallurgical Company, Ural Federal University and other leading educational institutions of the Russian Federation. The UMMC Corporate University is strategically aimed at the forming an integrated system of continuous vocational education of the personnel. Among the key goals of the Corporate University we see the preparation of occupational standards, creation of the personnel audit and assessment system, implementation of the knowledge management system, set up of an effective system of development of human resources. Job-specific Bachelor's Programmes and process-oriented Master's Programmes will be developed on the principles of the public-private alliance with Ural Federal University along with the priority business spheres of the Group. The treasure of the University will be a strong infrastructure of the practice and research laboratories for the Master's programme and joint observations and explorations.

In this paper the authors proposed a ranking of universities which characterizes the ratio of the views of the various target audiences, on the situation in the field of higher education of the Republic of Dagestan.

Article is devoted the comparative analysis of curricula of the leading domestic and foreign universities specializing on preparation of bachelors for the IT industry - quickly developing areas in which Russia, undoubtedly, has considerable potential, but results of formation yet not so impressing, as though it would be desirable. Perfection of educational programs in the field of IT according to the accepted standards of leading foreign countries should be made on the one hand, on a substantial scale, and, on the other hand, is as much as possible weighed, keeping accepted in the best high schools of our country the fundamental approach to education.
