University management starting from principles of the corporative management ( Тhe using principle of due corporative management in university practice).
Abstract
The article analyses existing Russian law that regulates basic management frameworks and structures that are used in Russian educational institutions. Authors ran a comparative analysis of management frameworks and structures that are offered by Russia law on commercial organizations including companies and state enterprises. A principle model (framework) of managing of an educational institution is presented, major participants, stakeholders and principles of interaction between them are revealed.
