OUTSOURCING, TRANSFER PRICING, PROJECT-ORIENTED BUDGET, INNER CONTROL AND AUDIT OF THE EFFECTIVE RESOURCE EMPLOYMENT IN THE REALIZATION OF FINANCIAL UNIVERSITY STRATEGY
Abstract
The article considers main tendencies in strategical management by university's internal activity in the conditions of external and internal circumstances' change, reveals principles of functioning of the department as strategical economical unit, determines directions of transformation of university's budgetary system and also presents instruments for fixing effective internal internal interrelation in universities such as internal outsourcing, transfer pricing, inner control and audit of the effective resource employment employing with university's specific character.
