Abstract
In this article you will find the results of the scientific advisors and postgraduate students polling carried
out in a National research university. The conditions for organization of educational and scientific components
of the scientific personnel training at postgraduate courses were analyzed. There was determined the dependency
of postgraduate training efficiency on its factors state
