Scientific Educational Center - a point for innovative growth of the educational environment at the University
Abstract
The article deals with the principles and experience of changes in the university based on the concept of
growth points, which, according to the authors, are represented by the scientific and educational centers
(NOC). These innovative structures are designed to strengthen research activities and early transfer of their
results in the learning process, thus providing a dynamic update of the educational programs.
