MAIN AREA OF SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS:

Management, Human Resource Management, Team Building, Employee Direct Participation, University Social Responsibility especially in relation to academic teachers and students. Main research field is focused on employee direct participation of research and academic staff and university's social responsible activity oriented to leading internal stakeholders (academic teachers and students).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

05.1994 - until today

Gdynia Maritime University (GMU), Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Quality Science. Lectures, classes and research are related to main field of scientific interests. Originator and coordinator of the Human Capital Management specialisation (2008-2015). Lecture of Socrates (2003) and Erasmus Plus (2014). Head of Postgraduate Studies in Management, Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Quality Science (2004 - 2005). Member of the Faculty Board for four terms (still now). Participant of a professional internship (in ICT enterprise) for academic teachers of the "STER for R & D" project based on a contract for co-financing from the European Union (2012). An author of over 70 articles for scientific journals, conference publications (national and foreign) and chapters in monographs. Multiple laureate of the Rector GMU Individual Awards for scientific achievements (2003, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018). Member of the Polish Economic Society.

12.2016 - 12.2017

Vice Chairwoman/ Coordinator of the HR Team, which aims was to develop the Strategy for Human Resources for Researchers at Gdynia Maritime University focused on a European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers prepared by the European Commission.

11.2015 - until today

The member of the European Conference on Management Leadership and Governance Committee, the reviewer of the ECMLG.

04.2010-10.2015

The member of the Organisational and Scientific Committees of International Scientific Conference connected to problems of Corporate Social Responsibility entitled “Self-government - Science - Business, Good practices - Cooperation - Strategies” (prepared in the cooperation with Katolfcka Univerzita v Ruzomberku - Teologicka fakulta v Kosiciach (Slovakia), Szkola Wyzsza im. Bogdana Janskiego Wydzial Zamiejscowy w Elblqgu (Poland) and City Council and Village Council of Sztum (Poland)); the secretary of the last edition of the conference.
