Innovation aspects of higher education become more and more urgent. Now each higher education
institute tries to determine itself in innovation education area. There is a necessity of new content for
studentsaffairs. This field has to correspond to the employer requirements, the level of science development
and new demands of youth and thier new vision of the world. Obviously it is necessary innovative educational
environment connected with students intellectual development and ethical aspects of speciality. These are
new tasks for the sphere of students affairs.

The purpose of the article is the analysis of an infrastructure and mechanisms of functioning of researchand-
production sphere in innovative university, by the experience of Vladivostok state university of economics
and service. The basic aspects of the organization and management of research works are considered. The
experience of VVSU is analyzed, and the author makes a conclusion about integration of a science, education
and business, and activation the process of technology transfer to real sector of economy.

The state of the managerial personnel in higher school in Russia is a serious problem demanding cardinal
improvement. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the administrative vertical in higher school. Five
directions of activity can be suggested in this connection:
1. Creation of a managerial personnel reserve formation and development system inside a higher school
institution.
2. Creation of an institute of legitimate heads of departments and deans assistants institute.
3. Strengthening and development of the pro-rector institute.
4. Development of the managerial personnel training and retraining system in a high school institution.
5. Training of a reserve for the rector post.
Implementation of these directions of the administrative vertical strengthening will improve the managerial
personnel activity efficiency and will raise the competitiveness of a higher school institution as a whole.

demands for ?corporative education programs? last years. Means of participation in working out these programs
for universities are considered.
