Abstract
Foresight results concerning future of Russian higher education in the time horizon to 2030 are presented. Development of higher education is seen in the context of the industrial phase completion and the “other industries” formation (which characters are distributed production, innovations and intellectual components of products as key competitiveness factors) and cognitive society formation. The basic scenario is presented, it is “conversion” of higher school as a shift towards other goals, mission and functions in accordance with the economic and socio-cultural changes in society. The necessary results and mechanisms of this “conversion” are discussed.

Abstract
In the article unique experience of resource efficiency strategy forming for modern university is described. It is reflected in the fundamental document — Program for resource efficiency development. The Program is focused on forming systematic approach and culture of resource efficiency in science, education and social field. Its goal is development of world leading university of new quality which has as its target training qualified specialists and technology development for resource efficient economy. Based on TPU priority development fields the strategy is aimed at solving tasks in resource efficiency as a response to challenges of inner and outer university environment.

Abstract
We present the results of employment monitoring of graduates of PhD programs in social sciences and humanities. A comparative analysis is given of the distribution of the graduates with a PhD (Candidate of Sciences) degree and those having no such degree with respect to the types of their activities, groups of occupations, and positions. The influence of the degree on the graduates’ professional career is examined.

Abstract
Effective implementation of processes of management of the University and its structural divisions is to create and work with a reserve of the managerial personnel, specially formed group of workers, appropriate to its qualities the requirements of the heads of the certain level of the past, as a rule, the selection, the special managerial and professional training, achieved positive results in their work and recommended for promotion to managerial positions universities. The article analyzes the results of the monitoring of managerial staff of universities, and recommendations on the formation and organization of work with the reserve on the nomination of the higher educational institutions.
