Copyright litigation in the system of higher professional education: problems and prospects
Abstract
In the article the author describes scopes of legal enforcement of copyright by higher professional education
establishments. On the basis of this analysis the author works out some recommendations for improving of accounting
and legalization of intellectual property and activity of legal departments relating to enforcement of intellectual property
in higher professional education establishments.
