THE WORK'S MOTIVATION OF UNIVERSITIES PROFESSOR AND SUBORDINATE ACADEMIC STAFF.

Abstract

The article considers points of stimulating job of officers on the level of department - the main structural university subdivision. The aurhor suggests calculation methods for the size of off-budget stimulating additional payment department's workers. This methods takes into account students, studing by compensating basis, academic hours and participation of each worker into results of department activity.
