MODERNIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM: EXPERIENCE OF SOUTH FEDERAL UNIVERSITY AND LOGIC OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is discussed about risks and problems, impeding the modernization process of higher professional education in Russia by example of realization the Program of development in South Federal University. On the base of performing analysis the author presents the line of principle approaches to identify the place and the role of federal ad national research universities and to modernize higher education system in Russia.
