Satisfaction of employers by quality of accepted graduates of high schools in a hi-tech segment of the market of professional work of the Russian Federation

Abstract

In article results of representative research of satisfaction of employers by quality of graduates of high
schools in a hi-tech segment of the market of professional work of the Russian Federation are resulted. The
system of monitoring of satisfaction of the employers, including four elements is described: satisfaction by
personal development of graduates, their professional readiness, generated by readiness and competent
development.
