Efficient university management: milestones, main directions and prospects
Abstract
The article written by the VSUES Rector presents analysis of the university activity on designing the management system corresponding to the requirements of the social environment. It reveals the university experience in the sphere of strategic planning. It gives a description of the tools used for elaborating and implementation of the strategy of a socially responsible university. The article provides a basis for the features characterizing VSUES as an entrepreneurial Higher Education Institution. The author describes key parameters of strategic development of the University for a few coming years.
