Economic consequences of introducing State Registered Financial Obligations
Abstract
In the following article the author tried to examine the consequences of introducing State Registered Financial Obligations that is expressed in experimental developing new principles of financing individual institutes of higher education. The article represents characteristics and definitions of the system of State Registered Financial Obligations.
