Call for Papers: Special Issue on "Strategic Management of Health Preservation in the University Environment"

Dear Colleagues,

The Editorial Board of the journal "University Management: Practice and Analysis" and the UNESCO Chair on University Management and Planning at Ural Federal University invite you to contribute to a special issue titled "Strategic Management of Health Preservation in the University Environment".

This issue addresses the prominence of health preservation as a critical factor in modern higher education. We aim to create a dynamic interdisciplinary platform for discussing theoretical and methodological approaches, as well as empirical research and best management practices. We encourage contributions that bridge the gap between educational management, occupational health, and public health to foster a comprehensive dialogue on creating sustainable university environments.

We invite university leaders, researchers, PhD students, and specialists to submit papers in the following thematic areas:

  • Strategic management of health preservation in universities.
  • Organizational models and practices of health-oriented management.
  • Monitoring and assessment of health status within university management systems.
  • Developing a culture of health preservation in higher education.
  • Infrastructure for a health-preserving university environment.
  • Risk management and prevention strategies.
