Аннотация

Статья описывает недавний рост программ студенческих займов, анализирует международный опыт студенческого кредитования как в для стран с рыночной экономикой, так и в развивающихся странах. Цель этих программ - оказать влияние на студенческую мобильность и также на мобильность рынка труда.
