ORGANIZATION OF THE FINANCE MANAGEMENT AT THE HSE

Abstract

This article deals with the issues of organization of the finance planning, monitoring and analysis of the HR management as applied to the nowadays activities of educational institutions. They include: the acquisition of extra rights to determine the strategy; the possibility to conduct educational activity on a fee-paid basis as well as for-profit activities; setting up of the volume and the cost of the services; the increase of the responsibility for the outputs, the necessity to monitor the educational market and to position the university there.
