Characteristics of building of corporate management system in university

Abstract

The summary analysis of the approaches for corporative management system building in higher education
institution is outlined. The role and status of the corporate management system building in higher education
institution is justified, as well as current transition challenges. Existent peculiarities of the medical institution
management are discussed. The experience and practice of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in
building of the corporate management system and the perspectives for management?s improvement in higher
education is covered.
