Abstract

Now the crises Phenomena in economics influence the employment of citizens in Russia. In these conditions graduates of higher schools are especially unprotected. To solve the problem of young specialists employment it is necessary to solve a number of different questions. In the article we present a system of assistance in employment to graduates of higher school in modern conditions on the basis of experience of the Centre of marketing and assistance in employment to graduates of State educational establishment of higher professional education The State University of Architecture and Construction. This experience can be useful in decision of questions connected with employment in other higher schools in Russia.
