Training of specialists under conditions of the social order through the social partnership

Abstract

The author of the article clarifies the concept of social partnership, its objectives and functions. Different
approaches to the conventional implementation of social policies are considered. The analysis of various conceptual
approaches in the implementation of social partnership in education abroad, eventually causing the changes in
the preparation and training of the workforce in the developed countries including Russia.
