Evolution of scientific views and practice of organization financial provision in the universities

Abstract

From the point of view of specific-historical approaches it is considered the development of scientific views on substance, purpose and role of financial provision, its mechanisms in the internal university environment taking into consideration dynamics of factors of macro- and micro environment.
