University Management: Practice and Analysis is aimed at encouraging scholarly exchange and mutually beneficial cooperation between specialists investigating various fundamental and applied issues pertaining to university management. Among them are creation of conditions for promoting innovations in higher education, use of information and communication technologies in university management, support of personnel training, development of university infrastructure, management of the quality of higher education, as well as various methodological aspects of university functioning.

The Journal publishes original research papers, review articles and short communications in the Russian or English languages that present the latest achievements in the aforementioned directions.
