ФИНАНСИРОВАНИЕ ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В СЛОВЕНИИ: ОБЪЕКТИВНОСТЬ И ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ

Аннотация

Эффективность и объективность - два наиболее важных критерия в государственном финансировании образования, особенно высшего. В статье рассматриваются вопросы становления и развития базового высшего образования в Словении, эффективность и объективность существующей системы финансирования образования, возможность и необходимость увеличения частного финансирования образования. Приводятся данные по эмпирическому исследованию, проведенному Институтом экономических исследований г. Любляны и Статистическим бюро Республики Словения.
