Market and accessibility of higher education
Abstract
Accessibility of higher education at a great extend is determined by the degree of development market institutions as well as peculiarities of fulfilling state regulation in the following sector of economy. State regulation may influence the structure of market in long-term and short-term period. A practice of development educational systems abroad shows that the market solving the problem of efficiency frequently intensifies the meaning of the problem of higher education accessibility. Expansion of higher education accessibility is a key problem of government regulation while the market would provide efficient functioning of the whole system.
