Критический обзор эволюции практик университетского менеджмента

Аннотация
В настоящей статье обзорного характера представлена эволюция практик университетского менеджмента с момента введения в мировой высшей школе идеологии нового государственного управления. Новизной является системный критический обзор практик университетского менеджериализма, введенных за последние 40 лет. Показаны причины возникновения университетского менеджериализма, его теоретические основы и практики применения в управлении высшими учебными заведениями. Обсуждены особенности университетского менеджериализма в российской высшей школе. Обозначены возможные пути развития университетского менеджмента при организации университетской деятельности в условиях финансовой модели сильно ограниченных средств.
Статья может быть интересна руководящим работникам высшего образования и российскому академическому сообществу.
