Статья посвящена проблеме модернизации российской системы подготовки магистров. Важным фактором, определяющим качество магистерских программ является эффективная интеграция образования и науки в вузах. В проведенном исследовании на основе совместного рассмотрения моделей процесса интеграции и компетентностной модели выпускника образовательной программы устанавливаются отношения, позволяющие выработать подходы к управлению качеством образования.
This article is devoted to a problem of modernization magister?s preparation system in Russia. The most important factor that determining the magister?s programs quality is effective integration of education and science in high school. The carried out research based on consideration of models of process of integration and competence model of the graduate of educational program allows to develop approaches to management of education?s quality.
