В статье приводится краткий анализ подходов к построению системы корпоративного управления в вузе, обосновывается роль и место корпоративного управления в государственном образовательном учреждении, анализируются существующие проблемы перехода, достаточно подробно излагаются существующие особенности управления медицинским вузом в России. Также в статье описывается опыт Московской медицинской академии по построению системы корпоративного управления и перспективам совершенствования менеджмента в образовательном учреждении.
The summary analysis of the approaches for corporative management system building in higher education institution is outlined. The role and status of the corporate management system building in higher education institution is justified, as well as current transition challenges. Existent peculiarities of the medical institution management are discussed. The experience and practice of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in building of the corporate management system and the perspectives for management?s improvement in higher education is covered.
