Новые требования предъявляются и к содержанию воспитательной работы со студентами. Они должны соответствовать как требованиям работодателей, уровню развития науки, так и потребностям современной молодежи, ее новому видению мира.  Очевидно, что идет время новых форм и методов внеучебной работы в высшей школе, связанных, во-первых, с интеллектуальным развитием, а во-вторых, с этической составляющей специальности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Innovation aspects of higher education become more and more urgent. Now each higher education
institute tries to determine itself in innovation education area. There is a necessity of new content for
studentsaffairs. This field has to correspond to the employer requirements, the level of science development
and new demands of youth and thier new vision of the world. Obviously it is necessary innovative educational
environment connected with students intellectual development and ethical aspects of speciality. These are
