Рассматриваются некоторые аспекты управления научно-исследовательской и инновационной дея- тельностью в муниципальном вузе. Показаны приоритетные задачи управления, решение которых позволит повысить эффективность управления интеллектуальным потенциалом вуза. Разработанная модель системного управления научно-инновационной деятельностью института основана на процессном подходе, направлена на достижение эффективных результатов и вовлечение максимального количества структурных подразделений института в научно-исследовательскую деятельность.
The article considers some aspects of management within scientific, research and innovative activity in a municipal higher educational establishment (HEE). The authors have shown the priority managerial tasks, the solution of which will enable to increase the efficiency of intellectual potential management at the higher educational establishment. The elaborated model of systemic management of the scientific and innovative HEE activity is based upon the process approach and aimed at achieving efficient results and involving most of structural HEE departments into the scientific and research activity.
