Рассматривается вопрос об организации нового подхода к проблеме автоматизации управления учебным заведением. Взаимодействие подразделений образовательного учреждения посредством программного комплекса ?Помощь образованию? - пример обеспечения оперативной работы персонала в учебном заведении.

The article examines the organization of a new approach to the problem of automation of the institution. Interacting units of educational institutions through software "Support Education" is an example of operational staff in the institution. The article describes the causes of implementation insufficient of innovative technologies in the management roles of educational institutions and their solutions using advanced computer development.
