тодический комплекс ректора высшего учебного заведения?.
О слабом менеджменте во многих сферах экономики постоянно говорят руководители страны,
губернаторы, директора заводов, и система высшего образования - не исключение. Какой ректор не
ищет себе хорошего проректора, декана или заведующего кафедрой? Очевидный вывод: таких людей
нужно готовить. Кто и когда это должен делать, на какой методической основе? На этих проблемах и
заострено внимание читателя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article I present methodological support of university management (Academic complex of a Rector of higher educational establishments). 
Much is spoken about poor management in economics. And the system of high education is no exception. Each rector does need a good deputy rector, dean or the head of the department. The conclusion is clear: such people should be trained. Who is to do that? When? And on what methodological base?
