Анализируется опыт государственно-частного партнерства в России, рассматриваются возможные области его дальнейшего применения. Автор опирается на международные и российские нормативные документы о государственно-частном партнерстве, использует материалы Внешэкономбанка и аудитор- ско-консалтинговой фирмы Deloitte. Результаты исследования могут стать опорной точкой для дальнейшего развития российской практики государственно-частного партнерства.

Public-private partnership (PPP) in mature markets proves to be one of the most effective tools of investment projects realization in a social field, including education. The Russian PPP market is still in embryo state: legal framework is not developed, tender processes are not perfect, there are yet no PPP projects, successfully completed, etc. In this article the author analyses the current PPP experience and considers the fields of its further development. The author bases upon international and Russian legal and regulatory acts, uses materials of Vnesheconombank and Deloitte. Results of the survey, quoted in this article, can become a pivot for further development of the Russian PPP practice.
