В первой части рассматриваются предпосылки возникновения академического развития в
вузах как специально организованной деятельности. Подробно описываются три процесса: появление
новых форм менеджериализма, продвижение предпринимательской активности в университетах и концепция
непрерывного образования. Вторая часть посвящена анализу задач, проблем профессионализации
и моделей организации деятельности по академическому развитию. Делается вывод о проблематичности
самого термина "академическое развитие", множественности взглядов на задачи, направления
деятельности, профессиональные принципы и модели организации. В третьей части приводится обзор
наиболее интересных программ и проектов академического развития в зарубежных университетах, которые могли бы быть реализованы в российских вузах. Представленные выводы и материалы могут
быть полезны при обсуждении стратегических инициатив, планировании программ и проектов академического развития в российских университетах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The present paper summarizes a review of the best practices and models of academic development in
foreign universities. It is argued that academic development as a domain of professional activity is developed
as a response to the three interrelated processes: emergence of the new forms of public management, dissemination
of 'entrepreneurial university' conception and life-long learning programs. Possible goals, professionalization
problems and organizational models of academic development are elaborated in order to present heterogeneity
of this phenomenon. We conclude by highlighting the most promising types of academic development programs
