Рассмотрено планирование бюджета времени, обеспечивающее практичное, рациональное использование самого ценного достояния любого руководителя - времени. Показано, что контроль результатов и процессов деятельности руководителя вуза служит улучшению, а в идеальном случае - оптимизации процессов его личной деятельности, позволяет выявить, были ли достигнуты поставленные им цели, произвести их корректировку, приобрести необходимый опыт, поддерживать конкурентоспособность своей организации
The author is considered the planning of budget of time is intended to provide practical, rational usage of the most valuable asset of any leader - the time. Monitoring of results and processes of rector's personal activity leads to improvement, and in the ideal case - to optimization of processes of his/her personal activity, allows revealing whether goals were achieved, and make, if necessary, the required adjustment. Quality control of the results and processes of personal activity in a right time allows rector to acquire necessary experience and maintain the competitiveness of the organization.
