<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article looks into new trends in the field of education export and strengthening competition at the international educational services market. Countries that traditionally supplied student for international education market started to attract students from abroad. National strategies of China, South Korea, Malaysia aim at increasing the number of international students. At the same time leading exporting countries soften migration laws in order to support the increase of international students coming to their universities. In this context Russia has not yet come up with a program for Russian education promotion whereas new enrollment campaign is threatened by geo-political and financial situation.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рекрутинг иностранных студентов</kwd><kwd>экспорт образования</kwd><kwd>миграционная политика</kwd><kwd>международный рынок образования</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>international student recruiting</kwd><kwd>educational export</kwd><kwd>migration policy</kwd><kwd>international education market</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Концепция продвижения российского образования на базе представительств Россотрудничества за рубежом, 27.03.2014 [Электронный ресурс].
