В статье рассматриваются вопросы инновационного развития в России в образовании в условиях рыночной экономики. Приведен опыт инновационной образовательной и управленческой деятельности Уральского государственного технического университета как научно-исследовательского центра, рассмотрены основные принципы, стратегические цели и задачи инновационного развития.

The author takes up questions of innovation development in Russia including involvement of business. In the article it is presented the activity of the Ural state technical university as a scientific and research center of Russian Federation as well as its strategic aims, objectives and basic principles. It is also presented the activity of educational, scientific and innovative complex on the basis of technical university.
