В статье рассматриваются результаты исследования по изучению опыта зарубежных университетов по дивесификации источников финансирования НИР, анализируются современные тенденции финансирования научно-исследовательской деятельности университетов, определяющие внешнюю среду современного исследовательского университета, а также необходимые организационные и поведенческие изменения на институциональном уровне для эффективной адаптации университета к условиям изменившихся структуры и моделей финансирования научных исследований. Проведенный анализ позволил выделить основные факторы, наличие которых во внешней среде университетов и на их институциональном уровне определяет успех их деятельности в диверсификации источников финансирования НИР.

The article presents foreign experience of diversification financial sources as well as difficulties of diversification of financing scientific and research activity in the Russian context.
