В статье рассматривается опыт модернизации и развития образования в трех странах - Индии, Китае и Вьетнаме, путем введения в систему образования американской модели двухгодичного обучения, что является небольшой, но важной частью решения непростой задачи преодоления глобальных проблем бедности, безработицы и неравенства. Результатам таких нововведений и посвящена настоящая статья.

This manuscript will report on the stage of development of three countries with respect to their community colleges. Included in this report will be the community colleges of India, China, and Vietnam.
