Роль и ответственность институционального уровня управления повышаются, и государство, а также потенциальные инвесторы, хотят видеть вузы эффективными структурами, эффективно и профессионально управляющимися, органично вписывающимися в рыночные отношения. В статье рассматриваются вопросы стратегического управления в университетах, терминологический аспект стратегического управления, концепции стратегий, роль личности руководителя и т. д.

The author of the following article examines strategic management in the universities: terminological aspects, concepts of strategies, the role of leader personality, intersystem differences and tendencies.
