Рассматриваются состояние и основные направления развития вуза, концепция стратегического управления, к которым относятся оптимизация образовательной, научной, управленческой, хозяйственной деятельности, обеспечение востребованности выпускников вуза на рынке труда, совершенствование и развитие кадрового потенциала, улучшение жилищных условий, социальная поддержка студентов и сотрудников и т.д.
The article tells about the experience of strategic planning of the Ugra State University. Discusses the status and main directions of development of the University, the concept of strategic management, which include the optimization of the educational, scientific, administrative, economic activities, the demand for University graduates in the labour market, the improvement and development of personnel potential, improvement of housing conditions, social support of students and employees, etc.
