В статье рассказывается об опыте стратегического планирования в Череповецком государственном университете. Стратегия университета - это средство определения целей и задач его развития на конкретный промежуток времени с учетом создавшихся макро- и микроэкономических условий. Стратегическое планирование - процесс, при помощи которого определяется дальнейшее развитие университета исходя из поставленных целей. Данный процесс основывается на системном анализе деятельности вуза, оценке его сильных и слабых сторон, возможностей и угроз внешней среды и заканчивается разработкой плана стратегических мероприятий. Стратегический план дает университету ориентиры на перспективу, помогает концентрировать усилия на ключевых моментах развития, позволяет сделать управление вузом более открытым, обеспечивает эффективное использование имеющихся ресурсов и устойчивое развитие и т.д.
The article tells about the experience of strategic planning in Cherepovets State University. The strategy of the university - is a means of defining the goals and objectives of its development for a specific period of time taking into account the macro - and microeconomic conditions. Strategic planning is a process by which determined the further development of the university on the basis of the set goals. The strategic plan provides the university's guidelines for the perspective, helps to concentrate the efforts on the key moments of development, allows you to make the management of the university more open, ensure efficient use of available resources and sustainable development, etc.
